from the Nerja (Spain) expedition

When the former staff members of Mercia Sound got together in Coventry recently
to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the opening of the town’s commercial radio
station, one of its original team couldn’t be there. Dave Jamieson, who presented
the mid-morning show for four years, Dave now lives in Nerja, but he didn’t miss out
on the party. Three of his former colleagues decided they’d come to him instead for
their first meeting in over twenty years, and spent several days in the town reminiscing
and exchanging memories.
